What) As of today, August 8, 2015, this is the last Buckys entry that I see myself posting on the internet in the foreseeable future.

Where) Somewhere in the middle of Wyoming. I just used the name Muddy Gap because it was close to where these pictures were taken and because I liked the sound of it.

Why) Back in 2010, when Pam and I started taking Buckys trips, I had no thoughts of creating a website that would end up with 3400 pictures, 538 Buckys entries and 150 interesting bridge hands. I just found myself collecting things on our trips and one day I looked around and saw all this interesting material on my computer and thought "I bet I could create a nice present for Pam using this stuff." I finished that present (the Detroit, Las Vegas, Houston, California, Penticton and Montana sections of this website) and placed a copy of it on Pam's computer in time for her birthday. Then I asked Pam whether or not she wanted me to place a copy on the internet as well. Pam said yes and this website was born in February of 2011. In the four years since then, I continued creating material and adding to the website until something happened to me in 2014 during the Calgary trip. I found myself with very little desire to collect bridge hands. Then, during this trip to the 2014 summer NABC in Las Vegas, I found myself with very little desire to create a Buckys record of what happened there even though I had lots of opportunities and some interesting stories to tell.

So, coincidentally or not, it seems that my last Buckys images are going to be of the sunset that I enjoyed while driving through ...

... Wyoming on July 15 at 8:30 pm. Although the website's statistics don't indicate it, I do hope that you have enjoyed this tour through all
of the things that have intrigued Pam and I over the years. I do know that we will be looking at this stuff for years to come. Now, if it was ...

... up to me then I would take all of this website off the internet at the end of the year but Pam has convinced me to leave it up because ...

... she thinks it is worthwhile to do so despite what the statistics say. Personally, I have an idea that I think has a good chance of ...

... turning into my fourth website. Now that I have finished up Buckys and Bridge I am going to start working on that and see if anything
wonderful comes of it. Here's hoping that I return to the internet with something new around 2020 or so. Take care. Jason Larrivee.
