What) Marvins Marvelous Mechanical Museum has 5500 square feet of floor space with 40 foot ceilings and every inch contains an array of buzzing and clattering new and vintage mechanical devices and oddities. Overhead dangle signs, animatronic dummies, over 50 airplane models, vintage fans of all types and classic sideshow posters. Marvin himself travels the world looking for odd coin operated devices, both new and old. Some of his machines are custom made just for him and can not be seen in operation anywhere else. Marvin's is also listed in the World Almanac's 100 most unusual museums in the U.S.

Popular attractions are the odd array of machines. For example, The 'Drunkard's Dream' is a 1935 view of 'what a drunk sees after one too many'. Cure Your Fear of Spiders' is where the patron places their hand in a cage with a spider. Then guess what happens? There is also a chicken that plays tic-tac-toe. You'd swear it is a live chicken.     Why) I have fond memories of a Marvin's stop on another trip so I was hoping that this place would turn out to be as wonderful.

The entrance to Marvin's is not much to look at but I did enjoy gazing at the old ...

... advertisements that were on the outside of Marvin's transport truck.

Once we got inside I enjoyed checking out the mechanical dummies but ...

... I was a bit disappointed with Marvin's.  I guess I was expecting it to be less like an arcade.  Regardless, I did enjoy finding ...

... this old wrestling poster in the men's washroom.  Apparently, Pam's former husband used to be on a first name basis with Andre. (2)

Because it was an arcade, we ended up winning some tickets. These faces were the best looking items I could purchase with them.
