What) Mitzi is a Siamese cat who has resided at my parent's house in Moose Jaw for at least 14 years. The last few times that my parents have taken an extended vacation, I have gone to Moose Jaw to look after the cat. Normally these cat babysitting trips have felt like a little vacation for me as well but this time I am planning to leave on a 2 month Buckys and Bridge trip on the day that my parents return.

    Where) 925 Brown Street

Why) Instead of looking at it as a vacation, I decided to view everything as one big extended Buckys stop.

Although Mitzi looks a bit sinister in this picture that is not true. She is really just a control freak.
A note about the images:

If you wish to view all 1000 pictures in the QUÉBEC section as a slide show (skipping all text descriptions in the process) then press F11 (changes to full screen mode which may or may not be necessary depending on what resolution your screen is set to) and click on each picture to bring you to the next one.  If you wish to read the text then use the tab on the side of the screen to scroll up and down or use the Bucky links
you see in the text to navigate your way through the sections. (Experiment with the F11 button during this process.)

Also note that unless I provide a link to another web site (1), all of the pictures were taken by either Jason (mostly) or Pam (if Jason is visible).

Here she is waiting for me to continue her daily morning brushing. Click here if you would like to listen to one of our "conversations".

When Mitzi isn't issuing orders, she spends a lot of time sleeping in her favourite spot.  Of course, ...

... the usual rules don't apply when I am looking after her and she quickly works out that I will let her onto the couch.

As the days wear on, Mitzi becomes more and more comfortable with this new arrangement and her favourite spot changes.

There are other "rules" that I let Mitzi break but there is less photographic evidence of them.
