What) The USS George Bancroft is displayed as if it was surfacing out of the grass. (1)

    Where) Kingsbay Road and Highway 40/Charlie Smith Senior Highway  Free.

    Why) By this time, I was really getting the taste for life as a spy.  It only seemed natural to drive around in an SUV, slouched down in the passenger seat, taking pictures of another US military base.  Seriously, the submarine was outside the gates of the base and I would have loved to walk around it taking pictures but they had signs posted that advised against even parking your vehicle in the parking lot.





























Believe me, I didn't even think about getting out of the Jeep to take this picture.







Or this one either.











We finally found the submarine but that was not as fun as the search for it.
