What) The Old Country Buffet is a strip-mall mainstay throughout U.S. suburbs.  This buffet-style restaurant caters to ravenous families who pay a flat per-head fee for all the comfort food they can chow down. Serving stations present everything from fried chicken to shrimp scampi, macaroni and cheese to steamed veggies. A do-it-yourself dessert bar allows diners to make their own sugary indulgence from a supply of brownies and cakes, syrupy toppings and multiple flavors of soft-serve ice cream.

"A clean, attractive setting, an incredible selection of dishes (all well prepared), a huge variety of every course you could possibly want, and really great service. They never seem to run out of anything, their staff are friendly, efficient, and accessible at all times, and they work hard to provide an exceptional dining experience at an incredibly low price. Both of their restaurants are among the best in town." (1)

Why) We stayed in Spokane for a week and we ate at the Old Country Buffet at least 6 times.  For the low price of $9.99, it is hard to imagine a better restaurant.

This restaurant is only one of the great places that the GPS found for us.

My neighbor was bringing in my mail while we were away so I bought him a few lottery tickets to Mega Millions as a thank you.

I got this flyer at one of the hotels we stayed at but I did not watch the show.
