What) Has a wall covered in 50 years worth of old chewing gum. 

   Where) Located in downtown San Luis Obispo (on Higuera St just North of Broad St) (Pages 182-183 of Ripleys "Seeing is Believing") (1)

    Why) After leaving the Pea Soup Restaurant in the afternoon, I had Pam buy us a pack of gum and even got her to chew a piece without telling her why we were doing it.  Just before we got to the wall (about 3 hours later) I asked her if she was ready to use her gum.  It turns out she had spit it out without telling me.  Let's just say that if this Buckys had been at all out of our way, I'm sure I would have had a hard time convincing Pam to come here.




























We were only in the alley long enough to leave our gum but we saw another couple of tourists doing the same thing.






According to Ripley's, there was once a gum face in the alley.  Perhaps we should have looked closer.
